Reset My Password

What Can I Do?

ClickPay lets you reset your password if you have forgotten your current one. For your security and protection, you must provide some information about yourself. ClickPay uses this information to verify your identity. The new password that you provide takes effect immediately and remains your ClickPay password until the next time you change it.

Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your ClickPay password, you can reset it at any time.

 To reset your password:

  1. In User Name, type your user name.
  2. In First Name and Last Name, type the first and last name you used to enroll in ClickPay.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. In Last 4 digits of Social Security Number, type the last four digits of your Social Security number.
  5. In Last 4 characters of Account Number, type the last four characters (alphanumeric or special characters) of the account that you pay bills from.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. In New Password, type the new password that you want to use.
The password must be between four and eight characters (letters or numbers, no spaces). We recommend a combination of letters and numbers for security reasons. Choose a password that other people cannot easily guess, and don't share your password with anyone.
  8. In Confirm Password, retype your new password.
  9. Click Save Changes.
The new password you typed is effective immediately. Use it the next time you sign in to ClickPay.
